International Baking Industry Exposition (IBIE) is the industry’s largest, most comprehensive event in the United States for the grain-based food industry. The event will be held from 08 October 2016, Saturday to 11 October 2016, Tuesday. IBIE will showcase a wide range of products and services including production equipment and baking supplies, ingredients, packaging materials and systems, refrigeration systems, sanitation equipment, computerized technologies, transportation and distribution equipment. Over 800 exhibitors are expected at this event to showcase their products and services. The event will accommodate approximately 500,000 square feet of exhibit space. Over 23,000 visitors are expected at this baking trade show. Visitor profile of this event includes directors, management, commercial wholesale bakers, retail, in-house supermarket, catering, hotels, artisan bakers, restaurant bakers. The frequency of IBIE is triennial. The first year of this baking trade show is 1947.
